👉🏽The "spin" is - They know damn well that it IS LEGAL for non-citizens to be registered to VOTE IN LOCAL MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS IN 16 JURISDICTIONS IN MARYLAND; a point they conveniently leave out of their spin....

♦️FURTHER, they also know that from January 21, 2015, to January 18, 2023, Republicans held the majority (APPOINTED BY THEIR GOV. LARRY HOGAN) on every County Board of Elections and the State Board of Elections..... THAT'S 8 YEARS‼️
